outsourcing
TBnJ are working on thank you notes for gifts received for T&J's birthday. B also was writing a note for a small gift he got to help alleviate the fact that both of his siblings were having a birthday and he wasn't. T wrote the body of the note for B, B signed half of his name, and then B convinced J to write the other half of his name for him. Why write those extra letters when you have slave labor?
