question of the evening
Last night, T asked Daddy-o, "Dad, have you ever measured this house in centimeters?" The answer was obviously no, but Daddy-o explained that if one measured the house in other units such as feet or meters, one could convert it to centimeters. They then proceeded to do estimates of the house height in centimeters.
And not surprisingly, as I review the kids' teacher's notes on their current academics, I discover they are learning about measuring in different units. At least we know he's absorbing something useful from school!
