Tom and Jerry Blast Off to Mars: T loved this. T is obsessed with Tom and Jerry, though. He gives it five stars. J and B enjoyed it but weren't as excited. Three stars from them.
Watching Tom and Jerry with T is quite the experience. He is completely incapable of watching without making sound effects. He just can't do it. We ask him to stop making noises, and he does, for about two minutes, if we're lucky. By five minutes, he's back to full speed with a very loud noise commentary while laughing hysterically at the whole thing.
My Neighbor Totoro: T loved it. B thought it was good. J hated it. J is the toughest critic in the crowd. Parts of it were too scary for her.
Best of the Muppet Show - Harry Belafonte / Linda Ronstadt / John Denver : As always, the Muppets were a hit with everyone. They particularly enjoyed the "Banana Boat Song" on this DVD. The Swedish chef is always popular ("Swedie" to them), and they found Pigs in Space amusing on the Belafonte episode though for the life of me I couldn't see the extreme humor in it that they saw.
The Backyardigans: Into the Deep: I bought this one. There's no point in renting Backyardigans videos with these three because they want to watch them so much. They adore everything and anything Backyardigans. It was, like every other Backyardigans video they have watched, a huge hit.
