clean house blackmail
Santa and the Easter Bunny won't come unless our house is clean. At least that's the party line around here. We relish the two times of year that we can get the kids to help clean up without whining and moaning. Of course, we're starting to see an end of it as J announced this morning that Santa would come even if the house wasn't clean. We told her he wouldn't, and after some sulking, she decided to clean up her room to be on the safe side.
