making ice
J wants to know if sometime we could put a bowl of water outside the door and let it freeze overnight. I told her that first it has to get cold enough to freeze and that doesn't happen often in Austin. I told her it did happen last night in St. Louis. She wanted to know if Grandpa put a bowl of ice outside to see it freeze. Obviously these kids are Southerners and don't comprehend the lack of thrill at making water into ice in the North.
