a Charlie Brown Thanksgiving
We watched "A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving" when it was on tv earlier this week. The kids absolutely loved it. They've been joking we should have a Snoopy dinner all week while T and B seriously stated that we should have turkey, gravy, mashed potatoes, cranberries, and most importantly, pumpkin pie. But today we've done our best towards having a Snoopy cooked Thanksgiving meal. We had toast for breakfast, pretzels for snacks, and popcorn for watching Babe. The kids asked for jellybeans earlier today, and while we have some in the pantry, we've managed not to feed them the sugar loaded sugar.
We had our Thanksgiving feast at lunch time. T and B had all the things they requested plus stuffing which Benjamin liked but Timmy didn't. J had a PBnJ, tortilla chips, and applesauce. She doesn't like or refused to try any of the Thanksgiving fixin's.
